Surfing the net reveals information like your IP

which site you last visited, where you are going next , your name, your
email address, browser, programs, download files, cookies and network
information.
How can this information be a security risk?
Even if this information may seem harmless, your
online fingerprints could be a security risk. Hackers may easily find
you, websites will categorize you and will be an easy target to send you
spam and other irritating and inappropriate information. Offline, your
PC will be an open diary exposed for everyone to see.
